OEM and ODM Outdoor Furniture: How Custom Orders Work
OEM and ODM custom orders let you tailor outdoor furniture to your market, with orders starting at MOQ 1x20GP.
What OEM and ODM Mean
OEM means furniture is made to specifications you provide, while ODM means you start from an existing range and adapt it to your market. In both cases, the result is a set made for your customers, rather than a generic off-the-shelf choice. You can start from our range of 300+ product models, covering Sofa Sets and Dining Sets, and then agree the custom details for your order.
What Can Be Customized
Customization covers sizes, weaves, colours and cushions tailored to your market. The exact details are confirmed per order, so every custom order is agreed in writing before production: what will be made, in which look, and for which market. If a detail is not agreed for your order, it is not assumed.
How to Place a Custom Order
Custom orders follow a clear sequence. First, send an enquiry with the models, estimated quantities and target market you have in mind. Second, we reply with a tailored quotation within one working day. Third, confirm your order at MOQ 1x20GP. Fourth, production and shipment terms are confirmed with the order, so you know the agreed basis before manufacturing begins.
